I was surprised to find no questions on the theory tests (so far) asking about the weird grey signals that appear next to Traffic lights. they may be popular in cities with Trams but what about learners in towns and cities without Trams.

So her for the benefit of those guys is this short post with a graphic I created to show them.

If you see them next to normal traffic lights be extra careful…they do tend to be less kind to cars than other cars and a collision is best avoided. Enjoy.
