Teaching yourself? Then you only have yourself to blame !

Nowadays we will spend around twenty years in education. If your extremely lucky you will then be well versed and qualified in a subject of your choice. On the other hand you may now find yourself facing a future doing just one thing for your whole working life, brilliant if you love your job but if not then you are one of the 69% of workers looking for another job according to Forbes.com “That’s a marked contrast with another survey my colleague Jacquelyn Smith’s wrote about today, which says 69% of workers are currently looking for new jobs using social media.”

That is why you must constantly be looking to learn new skills and upgrade your existing ones.

Attend workshops, seek-out groups in your chosen field and join them.

When you do. be prepared to share your own skills and experience, the peers within those groups will recognise your sharing and will in turn pass on to you the very strategies, processes, and knowledge to take you to the next level.
